Heavy Civil Superintendent - Sitework & Underground Utilities Our client, a respected heavy civil contractor in Ohio, is hiring a Superintendent for sitework and underground utility projects. You will lead the field from clearing and mass earthwork through storm, sanitary and water line installation and final grading. Responsibilities - Run daily field operations on sitework, earthwork and utility projects - Plan and sequence excavation, grading, storm, sanitary and water main work - Lead foremen, operators, pipe crews and subcontractors - Build look-ahead schedules and manage equipment and material needs - Track production, quantities and costs against budget - Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors and utility companies - Enforce trench safety and overall site safety - Keep daily reports and project documentation current Qualifications - 5+ years of superintendent or senior field leadership experience in sitework or underground utilities - Strong knowledge of earthwork, grading and pipe installation - Able to read civil plans, grades and specifications - GPS grade control experience is a plus - OSHA 30 preferred - Valid driver's license Compensation - Competitive pay based on experience - Health, vision and dental insurance - 401k with a company match - PTO and holidays - Room to grow with a stable, growing company Send resume to mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com for more information
