A well-established commercial general contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join its growing team.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality work, building strong relationships, and managing projects from start to finish.
Project experience in one or more of the following sectors is highly desirable:
Healthcare and medical facilities
Retail and commercial developments
Tilt-wall and industrial construction
Commercial interiors and tenant improvements
Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall execution.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Monitor project costs, schedules, and overall profitability.
Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety requirements, and deadlines.
Identify potential challenges and proactively develop solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Previous Project Manager experience with a commercial general contractor.
Experience managing commercial construction projects independently.
Background in healthcare, retail, tilt-wall, or commercial interiors preferred.
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with construction management software is a plus.
Salary Range: $115,000–$125,000, depending on experience.
