Superintendent - Heavy Civil Construction (Bridges, Pile Driving & Wastewater Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our expanding Heavy Civil Construction team serving the Maryland region. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key leader within a company experiencing significant growth and investing heavily in its people, equipment, and future.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations on Heavy Civil construction projects.
• Lead crews, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee bridge construction, pile driving, drilled shafts, deep foundations, and wastewater infrastructure work.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower needs.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct daily planning, progress meetings, and site inspections.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers, and Inspectors.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience in Heavy Civil Construction.
• Strong background in bridge construction, foundations, pile driving, drilling operations, and wastewater projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of project scheduling and production tracking.
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed.
