An established Northeast Ohio contractor's Special Projects division is seeking a Project Manager / Superintendent in Tallmadge, OH. You will run 4-5 projects at a time ($25K-$250K) from estimating and buyout through managing, billing and closeout.
No travel. You must live in Akron or within 30 minutes. A commercial OR residential background is welcome; custom home builder experience is great if you read blueprints and are detail-oriented.
What we offer: a salary range of $77,000-$120,000 per year based on experience, plus profit sharing.
