Jefferson City quality professionals, here's a chance to lead: a mid-Missouri steel bridge fabricator needs a Quality Control Manager to take charge of shop inspection, NDT, and AWS D1.5 compliance on every bridge project.

Responsibilities:

• Hold all bridge steel work to AWS D1.5, AISC certification requirements, and owner specifications
• Act as the primary quality liaison for production leads, project managers, and third-party inspectors
• Direct the shop's weld inspection and NDT program from fit-up through final release of bridge members
• Develop and maintain inspection and test plans, quality documentation, and the NCR and corrective action process

Requirements:

• Hands-on quality background in AWS D1.5 bridge steel fabrication
• Active CWI certification
• At least 8 years of quality control experience in a steel fabrication environment
• UT Level II certification
