GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a Northeast Ohio site construction contractor focused on earthwork, drainage and site utilities. The company is adding a CAD Technician - Civil and Site Construction to its team in Brecksville, OH. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: CAD experience supporting earthwork, site utilities and civil construction.

Responsibilities

• Support earthwork, drainage and site utility projects, including specialty recreational sites
• Produce and revise civil and site drawings
• Support estimating and field teams with plans and exhibits

Requirements

• CAD experience supporting earthwork, site utilities and civil construction.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
