Insurance Defense Civil Litigation Associate: Hybrid Schedule in Tampa

Looking to grow your insurance defense practice with a hybrid schedule? Our client is seeking an Insurance Defense Civil Litigation Associate with 3 to 6 years of insurance defense civil litigation experience to join its Tampa team.

This is a hybrid role.

What You'll Do

• Defend insurance carriers and their insureds in civil litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery
• Take and defend depositions and attend hearings
• Evaluate cases and report to clients and carriers
• Work closely with partners on case strategy

What We're Looking For

• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing (required)
• 3 to 6 years of insurance defense civil litigation experience

Compensation

• Competitive base salary of $145,000 to $175,000
• Hybrid schedule
