A growing, established general contractor in central Iowa seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to run ground-up commercial projects from mobilization through closeout.
Duties:
- Manage daily field operations
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors
- Run site safety and quality
- Handle look-aheads, inspections and punch lists
- Work with the PM, owners and architects
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a commercial superintendent with a general contractor
- Track record of delivering projects on schedule
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Procore or similar software a plus
