GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Nashville general contractor with a long healthcare track record. The company is adding a Project Manager - Healthcare and Medical Ground-Up to its team in Nashville, TN. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Ground-up healthcare and medical construction experience at the PM level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground-up medical office, hospital and outpatient projects
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Ground-up healthcare and medical construction experience at the PM level.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
