Associate Attorney, Civil Litigation Defense (0+ Years) – San Diego, CA

A well-established California defense firm, in practice since 1990 with offices across the state, is growing its San Diego office in the UTC/Sorrento Valley area and needs an Associate Attorney. New attorneys are welcome to apply. You can work independently while getting real mentorship and room to grow.

What you'll do

• Defend clients in insurance defense, premises and general liability, medical and dental malpractice, products liability, and business and real estate matters.
• Handle written discovery, take and defend depositions, and attend court hearings.
• Draft motions, legal research, and memos alongside senior attorneys and partners.

What we're looking for

• 0+ years of experience. Recent grads and newly licensed attorneys are welcome.
• An active California Bar license in good standing, or pending admission.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• A drive to learn and grow a litigation practice.
