GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established North Texas federal contractor focused on aviation and defense facilities. The company is adding a Superintendent - Federal Aviation and DOD Construction to its team in Fort Worth, TX. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: 8+ years of experience with federal aviation or Department of Defense projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise federal projects with strict security and QC requirements
• Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and self-performed crews
• Maintain the project schedule, daily reports and site logistics
• Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors and trade partners

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with federal aviation or Department of Defense projects.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
