Job Posting: Paralegal

Position: Paralegal (3+ years)
Location: El Segundo, CA – Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Paralegal Position Overview:
An established law firm is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join its El Segundo team. This is a great opportunity for a paralegal with 3+ years of experience who wants a hybrid schedule and a collaborative, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys on case and matter management from intake through resolution
• Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence and filings
• Organize and maintain case files and documents
• Track deadlines and manage calendars
• Coordinate with clients, courts and opposing counsel as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of paralegal experience at a law firm
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
