Insurance Coverage Associate Attorneys (1+ Years) – Hybrid, Irvine, CA

A well-established national law firm is adding several associates to its insurance coverage group. You don't need insurance coverage experience. The firm is looking for strong litigators from any background who want to build a career in a respected, growing practice.

What you'll do

• Handle insurance coverage matters for the Orange County office.
• Analyze policies, research coverage issues, and draft coverage opinions and briefs.
• Litigate coverage disputes, including motion practice and discovery.
• Work closely with partners and a collaborative coverage team.

What we're looking for

• 1+ years of litigation experience of any kind, including civil litigation, employment, or insurance defense, on either the plaintiff or defense side.
• An active California Bar license in good standing.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• A stable work history.

Why this role

• The schedule is hybrid, with two to three days a week in the office.
• You can work from the firm's Orange County, Los Angeles, or San Diego office while handling Orange County cases.
• You'll join an established coverage group with long-term growth.
