Senior Litigation Attorney (7+ Years) – Hybrid, San Francisco, CA or Fully Remote

A well-established Oakland litigation firm, founded more than 25 years ago, is adding a senior attorney to its team. The firm represents Fortune 500 companies, health care organizations, construction and development businesses, and individuals in local and national litigation. Clients know the firm for fast, cost-effective case evaluation and strong results.

What You'll Do

• Manage your own caseload of litigation matters for business, health care, and construction clients.
• Evaluate cases quickly and give clients clear, cost-effective strategy.
• Take matters through motion practice, discovery, and trial.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of litigation experience. Trial experience is a plus.
• The ability to manage a caseload independently.
• An active California Bar license in good standing.

Why This Role

• Hybrid from the Oakland office, or fully remote for attorneys who manage caseloads independently.
• A flexible billable target of 1,800 to 1,920 hours, with salary set to match the hours you choose.
• Year-end bonuses, plus an additional hours-based bonus structure in development.
• Compensation up to $260,000+, depending on experience.
