NOW HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER | Commercial Roofing & Restoration

Are you a construction Project Manager who knows how to keep projects moving, manage subcontractors, solve problems in the field, and deliver results?We're working with a locally owned and operated commercial roofing company looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing team in the Kansas City market.This isn't your typical roofing operation. The company handles large-scale commercial projects across industrial facilities, government properties, educational institutions, and other substantial commercial properties.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, vendors, and project schedules.
• Oversee budgets, material procurement, timelines, and quality control.
• Work through field challenges, scope changes, and customer concerns.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and project stakeholders.Ensure projects meet safety standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience managing construction projects, preferably commercial roofing, restoration, or masonry.
• Understanding of construction processes, building systems, and jobsite operations.
• Strong subcontractor management and scheduling abilities.
• Experience with estimating, budgeting, and project financials.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and knows how to get things done.
