An established general contractor is hiring a Superintendent – Senior Living Construction for senior living construction work in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is a hands-on role with a team that values delivery and clear communication.

What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day field operations
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors and deliveries
• Enforce safety and quality standards
• Keep the schedule current and report progress

What You Bring

• Superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Ability to run crews and trade partners safely
• Solid grasp of schedules and quality
• Sector experience preferred
