Job Description

An established independent insurance agency is hiring a Commercial Producer to grow its small commercial business, with a focus on healthcare clients and small medical offices.

What you will do

• Develop new business across professional liability, small commercial, business owners policies, cyber and workers compensation.
• Build client relationships and work with a collaborative agency team.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in insurance. Training is provided.
• Sales experience is strongly preferred.
• EPIC agency management system experience is a plus.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary up to $65,000, depending on experience, plus commissions.
• Full benefits package.
• PTO and vacation benefits.
• 401K with a 3 percent match after six months.

Hybrid, in the office Tuesday and Thursday.
