Job Description

A respected general contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring a Senior Project Manager for multifamily construction. You'll lead wood-frame and podium apartment communities and mentor project teams from pursuit through closeout.

What You'll Do

• Lead multifamily projects end to end as the Senior Project Manager
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout, cost reports and change orders
• Coordinate owners, design partners, lenders and subcontractors
• Mentor project managers and assistant project managers
• Drive unit turnover, punch lists and closeout documentation

What You Bring

• 8+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
• Multifamily or residential construction experience at a senior level
• Proven ownership of budget, schedule and client relationships
• Comfort mentoring junior project staff
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred
