Corporate Associate Attorney – M&A | Salt Lake City, UT

Confidential search – One of the top-rated law firms in the Mountain West is adding a Corporate Associate to its mergers and acquisitions practice in Salt Lake City.

What you'll do

• Work on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions from start to close
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary documents
• Run due diligence and coordinate closing deliverables
• Advise clients on general corporate matters alongside senior attorneys

What you bring

• M&A and other corporate transactional experience
• Ideally 5 years or fewer out of law school (flexible for the right person)
• J.D. and active bar admission; Utah bar admission (or eligibility to waive in) preferred
• Strong drafting, communication, and client-service skills
