gpac has partnered with a growing manufacturing company seeking a Process / Manufacturing Engineering Technician.
This role supports stamping, machining, and secondary manufacturing processes, troubleshooting production issues and improving efficiency, quality, and costs. Responsibilities also include new product launches, process validation, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Process or manufacturing experience with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Stamping, fabrication, or machining experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints; GD&T knowledge a plus
- Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis knowledge
- Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
- APQP/PPAP and ERP/MRP experience a plus
