VDC Manager
Charleston, SC

A leading general contractor is seeking an experienced VDC Manager to support large-scale commercial projects in the Charleston market. This role will focus on driving BIM coordination, clash detection, and digital construction workflows across complex builds.

Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM/VDC efforts from preconstruction through project completion
• Manage coordination models and run clash detection meetings with trade partners
• Develop and maintain project models, workflows, and standards
• Support field teams with model-based coordination and problem solving
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and design teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of VDC/BIM experience in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of Navisworks, Revit, and related VDC tools
• Experience leading coordination on large or complex projects
• Strong communication and organizational skills
