Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager

A well-established and growing public accounting firm in the Nashville metro area is seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager to join its team. Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage complex tax returns including C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, and High-Net-Worth Individuals
• Provide tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to a diverse client base
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and seniors
• Manage multiple engagements and deadlines with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Stay current on tax laws and regulations and apply technical knowledge to client situations

Qualifications

• CPA license required
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong technical knowledge in tax compliance and planning
• Proven leadership experience or desire to step into a leadership role
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
