Commercial HVAC Service Sales

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial HVAC Service Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Kansas City. The ideal candidate will excel in promoting HVAC products and services, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role demands a profound understanding of HVAC systems, exemplary sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver technical solutions meeting or surpassing customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in industrial and commercial sectors.
  • Cultivate enduring customer relationships through superior service and technical support.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to recommend HVAC solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to enhance products based on customer needs.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and marketing events.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track progress.

Qualifications:

  • Proven HVAC-R sales experience meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of industrial and commercial HVAC-R systems and products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
