We have been retained by a prominent mid-size law firm to search for a Senior Tax Attorney to join their tax practice in their Boston, MA and Manchester, NH offices.
Overview
The tax practice involves providing advice on the tax consequences, risks and opportunities of ongoing and new business entity structures and activities and addressing tax controversy matters. Qualified candidates will have experience leading a practice area. Should also have experience addressing individual, partnership, and corporate tax aspects of complex commercial transactions; structuring mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and debt and equity financing; employee compensation and benefits; and drafting related memoranda and documents—all in a variety of industries.
