A top-tier law firm is actively seeking a skilled and driven Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation to join its St. Louis office. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who want to take on meaningful responsibility in a fast-paced, collaborative, and sophisticated litigation practice.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience at a regional, national, or respected local law firm
Strong academic credentials
Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills
Judicial clerkship or court experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting complex pleadings, motions, and briefs
Managing e-discovery and fact development for high-stakes litigation
Taking and defending depositions
Building litigation strategy and advising clients on both legal and business considerations
Handling disputes in state and federal court from inception through resolution
Required Skills & Attributes:
Deep understanding of commercial litigation principles and procedures
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Business-savvy legal approach
Excellent judgment and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
