Commercial Real Estate Attorney (5+ Years)

Palm Beach County | Hybrid

A well-established, AV-rated Florida law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its growing Real Estate practice.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions representing developers, landowners, lenders, investors, and business owners throughout Florida. The practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, financing, land use and development matters, title and due diligence, and complex real estate transactions across a wide range of asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, and other transactional documents
• Conduct title, survey, and due diligence review
• Advise clients on land use, development, permitting, and zoning matters
• Counsel developers, lenders, investors, and business owners throughout all phases of commercial real estate transactions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions from start to finish
• Background representing developers, lenders, investors, landlords, or business owners preferred
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
