Responsibilities

• Manage industrial, PEMB, data-center-type, and general commercial projects

• Own budgets, schedules, buyout, and change management

• Coordinate metal building suppliers, erectors, and trades

• Lead owner relationships and progress reporting

• Work with field leadership to deliver safe, profitable projects

Requirements

• 5–10 years of construction project management

• Experience with PEMB/industrial AND commercial general contractor work

• Mission-critical or data-center-type project experience a plus

• Strong financial and contract management skills

• Must live locally in the Pittsburgh area (no relocation)
