A well-established Tennessee law firm is seeking an Experienced Transactional Attorney to join its team. With senior partners planning for retirement, this is a rare opportunity for a motivated attorney to step into a leadership role and shape the future of the firm’s transactional practice.

What We’re Looking For:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • At least 8 years of transactional law experience

  • Strong background in business and corporate transactions

  • Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships

  • Licensed to practice in Tennessee (or ability to become licensed)
