A respected St. Louis litigation firm is seeking an experienced employment litigator (7–11 years call) to join its growing practice.


The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong employment litigation experience who is ready to step into an active practice and contribute immediately.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable independently managing employment disputes and working directly with clients in a fast-paced litigation environment.


Practice Focus

  • Employment litigation
  • Labor and employment disputes
  • Workplace-related litigation matters


Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage employment litigation files
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and related court materials
  • Handle client communication and case strategy development
  • Attend mediations, depositions, hearings, and court proceedings
  • Collaborate with litigation team members on complex matters as needed


Ideal Candidate

  • 7–11 years of employment litigation experience
  • Strong courtroom and advocacy skills
  • Ability to independently manage files and client relationships
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication abilities
  • Book of business is preferred but not required for the right candidate who can immediately contribute


Compensation

  • Salary range: $160,000–$200,000, depending on experience and background
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package
