Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal (5+ Yrs) – Houston – $50K–$85K + Bonus

Plaintiff PI paralegals: no weekends, employee premiums paid, and a one-attorney team where you're the right hand.

About the Role

Our recruiting team is working directly with a well-established plaintiff's personal injury firm in Houston that is adding an experienced paralegal to work closely with one attorney. This is a full-time, fully in-office role.

What You'll Do

• Gather medical records and build medical chronologies
• Draft and file pleadings and motions
• Handle routine client contact
• Manage case files and administrative work
• Draft and analyze contracts

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a paralegal, most recently in plaintiff personal injury
• Strong organization and client-communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred, not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $50K–$85K DOE, plus performance-based bonuses
