Experienced Production Supervisor professional wanted!  My client is a food production manufacturer based in South Florida.  The right person for this position will be able to lead a production team for the 2nd shift and oversee all production.   If you have previous Food Production Supervisory experience, please apply today!

Position Requirements and Responsibilities:

• 3-5 years of Production Supervisor experience
• Company promotes from within
• Hands-on leadership

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary between $65,000-$120,000
• Full Benefit Package (Health, Dental, Vision)
• 401K Retirement Program
• PTO

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and coach the team to success, insure manufacturing productivity and efficiency for the shift.
• Collaborate with other night shift departments.
• Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
• Ensure safety of all employees
• Trouble shoot and work with Maintenance team.
• Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution
