Plaintiff-Side | 5–7 Years’ Experience Los Angeles, CA
Why This Opportunity Is Different:
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-respected plaintiff-side medical malpractice practice handling complex, high-value cases with real impact. Handle plaintiff-side medical malpractice matters from intake through resolution
Analyze medical records and liability issues; work closely with medical experts
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and substantive filings
Take and defend depositions (including treating physicians and experts)
Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
Maintain direct client relationships with a high level of autonomy
Collaborate with a tight-knit litigation team that values strategy over volume
What the Firm Is Looking For
5–7 years of plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience
Strong working knowledge of California med-mal law and procedures
Confident, independent file management skills
Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy abilities
Trial experience or meaningful trial preparation exposure strongly preferred
Active California Bar license in good standing

Base salary: $180,000 – $240,000, depending on experience
Performance-based bonuses tied to case results and contributions
Competitive benefits package
Long-term growth and advancement opportunity within a stable plaintiff-side practice
