Construction Administrator Job Summary:                           

We are currently recruiting for an Architecture firm out of the Milwaukee area that is looking to add a Construction Administrator to their team. Our client is a full-service architecture firm that specializes in the design of health care, science + tech, higher education, corporate, government, transportation, and recreation project types throughout the nation. Construction Administration Experience:            

  • Associates, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Architecture or Construction related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience working in an architecture, engineering, construction contracting, or construction management organization.

Construction Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Attend OAC meetings, construction site visits, respond to RFIs and submittals, represent firm and the Owner to ensure the everything during the construction phase runs smoothly.
  • Coordinating and satisfying project controls and administrative requirements during project construction.
  • Assisting the PM with contract administration tasks.
  • Managing project documents including reports, designs, drawings, specifications, etc.
  • Utilizing the client’s project management control systems to record, track, analyze, and report on performance.

Construction Administrator Compensation:

  • Negotiable depending upon experience.
  • Excellent benefits package (401k, Health, Dental, Bonus).
