Labor & Employment Associate – Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid

I’m working with a growing, well-established law firm that is looking to add a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate to its Los Angeles team.

With multiple California offices and 65+ employees, the firm handles sophisticated Labor & Employment, Business Litigation, and General Litigation matters. This is a great opportunity for an attorney looking to take on meaningful responsibility, work alongside an experienced team, and continue growing their L&E practice.

Ideal Background:

• 3–6+ years of Labor & Employment experience
• Strong experience with employment litigation
• Wage & hour experience is a plus
• Ability to handle matters from inception through resolution
• Excellent writing, research and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Strong academic background
• Active California Bar license and in good standing
