A Phoenix area family-owned organic farm is looking to hire an Experienced Farm Manager to oversee all aspects of their organic farming operations. This exciting opportunity is ideal for candidates who have a minimum of 10 years’ experience and a proven background in longevity of employment. The company grows over 100 varieties of organic vegetables and heirloom crops.

  Farm Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee 65 local acres of organically grown heirloom tomatoes, vegetables, and more
• Able to travel to New Mexico and oversee various pepper crops
• Ensure efficient operation of farm equipment and promptly address maintenance issues
• Provide strong leadership and have a full understanding of organic farming practices

 Farm Manager Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in a farm managerial role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in crop rotation and sustainable/organic practices
• Passion for agriculture and a commitment to fostering a supportive community
• Ensure compliance with organic certification standards
• A strong understanding of irrigation systems, equipment operations, and maintenance
