We are partnering with a well-established heavy civil contractor headquartered in Northeast Ohio that is looking to add a high-level Bridge Estimator to their team.
This firm has built a strong reputation delivering bridge, highway, and infrastructure projects across Ohio. Approximately 80% of their work is concentrated in Northeast Ohio, with the remaining 20% spread throughout other parts of the state — providing strong regional stability without constant travel.
This is a senior-level seat — ideal for someone who understands bridge work inside and out and wants to play a key role in winning complex infrastructure projects.
✔ Up to $150K+ base (DOE)

Leading full-cycle estimating for bridge and structural heavy civil projects
Performing detailed quantity takeoffs and cost modeling
Developing bid strategies and working closely with operations
Coordinating subcontractor outreach and supplier pricing
Analyzing plans, specs, and DOT requirements
Helping position the company competitively on public infrastructure work
Proven experience estimating bridge / structural heavy civil projects
Strong knowledge of Ohio DOT standards and infrastructure work
Comfortable with industry software (Bluebeam, HCSS, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.)
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
