Civil Litigation Defense Attorney (3–6 Yrs) – Austin – $130K–$160K + Bonus

About the Role

Our recruiting team is working directly with the leadership of a well-established Texas litigation firm that defends businesses, carriers, and insureds in medical malpractice, professional liability, transportation, and other civil matters. It is adding a Civil Litigation Attorney in the Austin area. This is a full-time, in-office role, with potential hybrid flexibility after ramp-up.

What You'll Do

• Manage litigation files independently from inception through resolution
• Take depositions and attend hearings
• Draft motions and handle discovery
• Help shape mediation and trial strategy

What You Bring

• 3–6 years of civil litigation experience preferred
• Med mal, professional liability, or transportation experience
• Strong written and oral advocacy
• Texas license in good standing
