Senior Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician

Houston, TX | Full Time | Company Truck

Are you a seasoned commercial HVAC/R service tech looking for the last company you'll ever need to join? A well respected Houston mechanical contractor with a long tenured service team is adding a senior technician.

What They're Looking For

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
• Ability to independently service a wide range of commercial equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Stable, long term work history
• Union or non union welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• $55 to $65 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime
• Company truck, tools, and training provided
• Medical, dental, and vision
• 401k with a 50% match on up to 10% of pay
• About 95% of techs are home every night
• No on call your first year, and minimal on call after that
• Per diem for occasional travel
• Relocation available if needed
