Job Description

We're partnered with a rapidly growing, meat processing company that is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support a high-volume, fast-paced production environment. This leader will drive equipment reliability, support continuous improvement, and guide a skilled maintenance team across fabrication and further-processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach, and schedule maintenance technicians across day or night shift

  • Lead troubleshooting, repair, and PM activities on production lines, refrigeration, and facility systems

  • Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA, USDA, HACCP, and plant policies

  • Partner closely with Operations, QA, and Engineering to support uptime and throughput goals

  • Monitor daily work orders, prioritize tasks, and keep accurate documentation

  • Support CI efforts to reduce downtime, improve reliability, and enhance overall plant performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in meat or food manufacturing

  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with conveyors, grinders, mixers, packaging equipment, and refrigeration systems

  • Ability to lead teams on either shift and adapt to changing priorities

  • Solid communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused leadership style
