Job Description

A community bank in Palisade is hiring a Credit Analyst to support lenders across Mesa County and the Western Slope. You'll work closely with loan officers, and the job offers room to grow into lending or credit administration.

Responsibilities:

• Spread financial statements and analyze new and renewing loans
• Risk-rate credits and keep portfolio grades up to date
• Prepare credit summaries for lenders and the loan committee
• Help with month-end close and regulatory reporting
• Keep an eye on covenants, exceptions, and policy compliance
• Assist in training staff on credit procedures

Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required
• Some bank credit or financial analysis experience preferred
• Comfortable with Excel and spreading software
• Accurate, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Motivated to build a career in lending or credit
