A local bank in Kremmling is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its office and serve customers across Grand County and the northern Colorado mountains. The role mixes team leadership, deposit and loan growth, and community presence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a small branch team
• Build deposits and loans through local relationships and referrals
• Take and decision consumer and small business loan applications
• Oversee branch operations, security, and regulatory compliance
• Deliver friendly, dependable service to every customer
• Stay active in community events and local groups

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of banking experience
• History of leading staff or originating loans
• Knowledge of branch operations and regulatory requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first focus
• Organized and results oriented
