A growing regional CPA firm is looking for a Senior Tax Associate to join its tax group. What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Assisting with tax planning and consulting for clients in a wide range of industries
- Managing client relationships as their trusted point of contact
- Finding tax-saving opportunities and recommending strategies to clients
- Working alongside partners and senior managers on more complex engagements
- Mentoring and training newer staff
- Making sure filings meet federal and state tax requirements
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related area
- 1+ year of public accounting tax experience
- CPA preferred but not required
- A strong grasp of tax laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
