Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician

Houston, TX | Full Time | Company Truck

We're working with an established Houston mechanical contractor looking for a senior Industrial Refrigeration Technician who can independently handle large, complex customers and specialized systems. Ammonia experience is a plus but not required if you're already a strong industrial refrigeration tech.

What You'll Work On

• Refrigeration rack systems
• Cold storage facilities
• Specialized and industrial ice machines
• Large distribution center cooling
• Troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance, and service

What They're Looking For

• Senior level industrial or heavy commercial refrigeration service background
• Ability to diagnose and service complex systems on your own
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Stable work history and valid driver's license
• Union or non union welcome

Compensation & Benefits

• $55 to $65 per hour, depending on experience, plus overtime
• Company truck, tools, and ongoing training
• Medical, dental, and vision
• 401k with a 50% match on up to 10% of pay
• Per diem for occasional out of town work
• Relocation package available if needed
