Corporate Attorney

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex cases from inception through resolution, demonstrating outstanding strategic thinking, superior research and writing skills, and the ability to effectively advocate for our clients in court. Corporate Attorney Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in business and real estate transactions, corporate, tax planning, trust and estates, business litigation, family law, banking and finance, and intellectual property. 
• Excellent communication in writing, speaking, research and negotiations.
• Strong academic background preferred from ABA approved law school
• Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
• Licensed in CA in good standing
