We are searching for a motivated attorney with a strong background in estate planning and probate matters. The successful candidate will have experience in the drafting of wills, trusts, probate, handling disputes, entity formation, review and preparation of contracts. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, prepare wills, living trusts, and other estate planning documents tailored to clients' needs.
- Manage living trusts and estate probates, guiding executors and trustees through legal processes.
- Handle will contests and represent clients in probate hearings to ensure proper asset distribution.
- Oversee legal proceedings for establishing conservatorships and guardianships.
- Offer individualized advice on estate planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions in complex matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, analytical, and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
- Ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
