What We're Looking For:
Well established in the Middle Tennesse Market - Williamson, Rutherford, Maury and Marshall Counties!
Proven success in loan origination and business development
Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Experience with consumer, residential, or business lending
Understanding of credit analysis, underwriting, and loan structuring
Ability to generate referrals and develop new business opportunities
A proactive, sales-driven mindset with a commitment to customer service
Banking or financial institution experience preferred
