Manage a caseload of construction defect claims from start to finish
Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Work closely with clients, experts, and colleagues on complex legal issues
Represent developers, contractors, and insurers in high-stakes matters
Experience: 3+ years in construction defect litigation
Knowledge: Familiarity with construction claims, materials issues, structural defects, and contractor liability
Credentials: JD from an accredited law school and an active Florida Bar license
Bonus: A book of business is a plus but not required
