Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload involving general civil litigation, including business disputes, construction claims, premises liability, and professional negligence matters
  • Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
  • Take ownership of cases from inception through resolution
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and trial strategy development
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in Arizona
  • 2–7 years of civil litigation experience preferred
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Strong case management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
