An elite cosmetic and reconstructive surgery practice is seeking a skilled and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join its high-performing clinical and surgical team. As a Surgical First Assist, you’ll be a vital presence in both the operating room and clinic, supporting a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. You’ll work side-by-side with a leading plastic surgeon and provide comprehensive, hands-on patient care.
First assist during cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries
Provide post-op care including evaluations, wound care, and minor in-office procedures
Conduct health histories and physical exams
Help manage acute and chronic health concerns relevant to the specialty
Work collaboratively with the surgical and clinical team
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and procedures
Master’s Degree from an accredited PA program
Minimum 1 year of experience in Plastic Surgery (required)
Excellent clinical judgment and surgical support skills
Passion for delivering exceptional, detail-oriented patient care
