Personal Lines Account Manager

A well-established insurance agency is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to take the lead in managing their Personal Lines book of business. Responsibilities: 

• Manage personal lines book, servicing the personal insurance needs of clients
• Advising clients on coverages and risk reduction strategies
• Drive growth by cross-selling & coverage reviews 
• Remarket/bind policies for competitive pricing 
• Collaborate closely with insurance carrier partners to ensure seamless coordination and mutual success
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and responsive communication
• Selling not required but strongly encouraged and incentivized

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 + years managing a Personal Lines book
• Active P&C License 
• Proficiency with Hawksoft or AMS360, or Applied EPIC
• Familiarity with carriers like Safeco, Liberty, Westfield, Cincinnati, etc.   
• A Team Player who thrives in a collaborative environment and supports the success of others
• Service First: client-focused, detail-oriented, consultative solution-oriented problem solver
